When can I order?
Ordering is open Wednesday through Friday (closes at 8 PM CT) right on this page — just scroll up to Build Your Box.
When will my treats ship?
Orders go out Monday and typically arrive by Wednesday.
What happens if my package is delayed?

How long do treats stay fresh, and can I freeze them?
Best enjoyed within a few days of arrival. Most cookies freeze well in an airtight container — reach out if you want tips for a specific flavor.
